Goodreads – Avid readers will enjoy Goodreads and how it groups similar books by genre, author, and subject.  Create a free account to build a bookshelf and track books you have read.

Library Thing – After creating a profile, readers can view what their friends are reading, as well as browse their substantive catalog for ideas.

New York Times Book Pages – Features Best Seller Lists as well as interesting articles on books and authors for readers of all ages.
